Our Doctors

Dr. Mao is originally from Chengdu, China. He works as a dentist since 1982 after graduating with a DDS from Huaxi College of Stomatology, West China University of Medical Science. Afterwards, he continued his higher level of dental education in cariology for 6 years to earn his MS and PhD at the same college. He served as an associate director of the Department of Conservative Dentistry, Huaxi College of Stomatology from 1989 to 1990.

Dr. Mao came to US to work for American Dental Association at National Institute of Standards and Technology, Gaithersburg, Maryland as a dental researcher from 1990 to 1994. Then, he went to Eastman Dental Center (Now Eastman Institute of Oral Health, University of Rochester, NY) to complete his 2 years Advanced Education of General Dentistry (AEGD) with certifications. From 1997 to 1998, Dr. Mao worked at Eastman Dental Center as an assistant professor and clinical instructor.

Dr. Mao opened his private dental offices (My Dental) and has been serving the community as a general dentist at Renton and Seattle, WA since 1999. Dr. Mao enjoys serving his patients. He wrote and published a dental book, “Clinical Aspects of General Dentistry” in 2008, based on his long time dental practice experiences. After so many years dental practice, Dr. Mao really like to tell everyone that oral health is very important to people’s well-being. You care for it, and we will help you maintain it.

Dr. Daniel Wang is a proud graduate from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. Throughout his training, he gained abundant experience working with patients with both common and complex dental and medical needs. He has performed a variety of procedures, ranging from fillings to crowns, extractions, dentures, periodontal surgeries and root canals.

Dr. Wang’s core belief is that at the basis of every successful treatment is a trusting relationship between the patient and provider. In order to earn and maintain your trust, Dr. Wang is committed to having open and honest conversations, answering patient inquiries with truthful and scientifically proven facts. Dr. Wang also believes that a patient’s satisfaction hinges on an educated decision. That is why he will always offer the best options, and work with you as a team to make the best choices for your oral health.

Dr. Wang is focused on immersing himself in continued education courses, striving to perfect his fundamentals, and excelling in mastering the techniques and technologies modern dentistry has to offer. Dr. Wang is excited to use his skillset to create the optimal results for his patients

Dr. Wang currently holds membership in the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Pierce and Seattle-King County Dental Associations.

Beyond his professional affiliations, Dr. Wang finds great joy in volunteering in underserved communities. He is a regular dental provider at the Pierce and Seattle-King County free dental clinics.
